Its mechanical properties are very excellent, the creep is very small, and the fatigue resistance strength is as high as 3 to 7 times that of aluminum alloy. As a coupling diaphragm, it has high torsional rigidity and transmission torque. At the same time, it has good balance performance, and bending caused by radial and angular deviations will not cause fatigue damage.

Stainless steel sheets specially given spring properties through heat treatment are used. The tensile strength is the highest among the three, and the diaphragm used as a coupling is a type with high rigidity and high torque. On the other hand, especially the tolerance for radial deviation is minimal, so attention must be paid to the inconsistency of the axis during assembly.
