Working curve of original product

The cylinder sensor turns ON or OFF after detecting the magnetic field of the annular magnet built into the piston rod. The original cylinder sensor product has nothing to do with the direction of the magnetic field, but only detects the magnitude of the magnetic field. Therefore, as shown in Figure 1, the working curve is a mountain-shaped curve with the center of the magnet as the apex. When the working point is in the gentle part of the working curve, the original cylinder sensor product cannot detect the cylinder with a stroke of less than 5 mm, and it is difficult to maintain long-term stable operation.

Since our product only detects the magnetic field perpendicular to the detection surface, the working curve has a completely different shape as shown in Figure 2. Because the working point is at the steep part of the working curve, even a cylinder with a small stroke can be detected and the operation can be maintained stably for a long time. Generally, N-pole detection and S-pole detection sensors are used in combination.
